RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Twenty Eight Revolution

At Twenty Eight Revolution, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST

Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date the order was received.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our official customer service channel and provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Item/s you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Clear photos/videos of the item, if applicable

Important: Return or exchange requests submitted after the 7-day period will no longer be accepted.

2. RETURN PERIOD

Once your return or exchange request has been reviewed and you receive an email confirmation from Twenty Eight Revolution, you must send the item/s back to us within fourteen (14) days from the date you received our email confirmation.

Items returned without prior approval or after the 14-day return period may be refused.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All purchases from Twenty Eight Revolution are NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color or design selected by the customer
• Items that no longer meet our return conditions
• Delayed return requests

Where applicable, an approved return may be eligible for an exchange or store credit instead of a cash refund.

4. ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Be clean and free from stains, odors, or damage
• Have its original tags/labels attached, if applicable
• Be returned with the original packaging, when applicable

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return or exchange.

6. WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and design before placing an order.

Size changes and change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges may be considered subject to item availability and our approval.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.

7. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable shipping costs for an exchange.

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Twenty Eight Revolution may cover the applicable return shipping cost, subject to review and approval.

8. RETURN APPROVAL

Do not send any item back without receiving an email confirmation from Twenty Eight Revolution.

After we receive your return, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. Approval of an exchange or store credit will only be provided after the returned item has passed inspection.

9. EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit of the eligible purchase amount instead.

Store credits are non-transferable and may be subject to applicable terms communicated by Twenty Eight Revolution.

10. HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please email us at twentyeightrevolution@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

After receiving our email confirmation, return the item/s within 14 days following the instructions provided in our confirmation email.

Returns sent without prior approval, submitted after the 7-day request period, or received beyond the applicable return period may not be accepted.

11. POLICY CHANGES

Twenty Eight Revolution reserves the right to update or modify this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect upon publication.
